Supported Living

Inclusive Care Support provides high-quality Supported Living services for young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other additional needs.

What we do

Our Supported Living model is person-centred and outcomes-focused. We work closely with individuals, families, and professionals to co-produce support plans that reflect each person’s preferences, strengths, and aspirations. We encourage active community involvement, skill-building, and tailored routines that foster independence and wellbeing. Whether supporting with daily living tasks, social inclusion, or accessing education and work, our goal is to empower every individual to live the life they choose.

The homes

We offer Supported Living homes in Newham and Romford. Our properties range from 3- to 6-bedroom homes, all of which are spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and maintained to a high standard.

These environments are welcoming, safe, and tailored to promote independence, comfort, and a sense of belonging. Individuals are encouraged to personalise their spaces and take an active role in their home life.

The team

Our team is made up of skilled and compassionate professionals with a strong background in social care and supported living. They bring deep knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting individuals with a wide variety of additional needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours.

Each staff member receives specialist training tailored to the needs of the people we support, ensuring they are confident and capable in delivering person-centred, safe, and respectful care.
