About Us
A little bit of history..
Founded in 2009, Inclusive Care Support began with a simple but powerful mission: to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals of all ages and needs. Over time, we have grown and evolved, and this journey led us to develop four dedicated services, each designed to deliver tailored support service and create opportunities for people to live fulfilling, independent lives.
Our approach is outcome-based, demonstrated through digital keywork sessions, individualised Life Skills Programmes, and regular newsletters.
We provide opportunities for engagement in a wide range of activities, as well as access to pathways for employment and education. Every achievement—no matter how small—is recognised, acknowledged, and celebrated.
Our Team
Our teams are made up of dedicated professionals who bring a wealth of qualifications, experience, and compassion to their roles. From our frontline support workers to our managers, everyone shares the same commitment: to deliver the highest standard of care and support. Our managers are not only highly trained and experienced, but also deeply passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives. We work collaboratively, listening to the people we support and their families, to ensure our services are always person-centred, responsive, and of the highest quality.

Parent
Just found out that my son is going to start an apprenticeship doing carpentry. Thank you Inclusive Care for all your support with my son these last 12 years. The support workers have helped contribute to where he is today. Thank you again from myself and J.
Leaving Care Coach
As the allocated Leaving Care Coach for a vulnerable young person, I am particularly pleased about staff and their keen interest in supporting our young people. Given the complexity of the needs, Inclusive Care has shown consistent endeavour to provide a comprehensive support. My observation when attending home visits shown staff to encouraging young person to engage, promote independent living and opportunities for them to develop life skills to become self-determining person. Prompting, demonstrating, regular dialogues has been evident.
Personal Advisor
I am the Personal Advisor for a young
adult who has been housed at Inclusive Care Support- Leaving Care Services . Throughout this time, the staff at the placement have
demonstrated exceptional professionalism and adaptability. Their ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both me and the young lady I support has been particularly commendable. The team has shown outstanding communication skills, engaging effectively with both professionals and service users, ensuring that interactions are always clear and transparent. While I have primarily engaged with the manager of the placement, every member of staff has contributed to fostering an atmosphere of openness and collaboration.
The young lady placed at the accommodation has a history of
disengagement and behavioural challenges in shared accommodation
settings. However, the staff have approached their roles with a
proactive and diligent attitude, showing a genuine commitment to her well-being. Their consistent, person-centred support has made a
significant difference, creating a stable and nurturing environment
where she can feel safe and supported. The home's structured support system is tailored to promote
personal growth, independent life skills, and emotional well-being,
which is exactly what my young adult currently needs. She has already
begun to benefit from this holistic approach and will undoubtedly
continue to thrive in this placement as she transitions toward greater
independence.

Monitoring Officer
I would like to say a huge thank you for your wonderful hospitality yesterday. I truly had a great time interacting with both staff and residents, the atmosphere was wonderful from start to finish. The work put into making the day a success was clearly evident and all participants ought to be applauded.
It was wonderful to see the informal side between staff and residents. I am minded to believe solely on my observations yesterday, that the bond between staff and residents is borne out of respect and trust.
The residents took part in the events willingly and seemed to enjoy taking part and receiving their well -deserved medals.
The drinks and food laid on was plentiful as well as very tasty.
I must also state that I am very impressed with the premises, It is clean, spacious and welcoming. The brief chat I had with Amaani (Wellness Coach) and the manager Tarinda leads me to believe that the scheme is in good hands.
